It means we run the technology so you don't have to. Setup, updates, patching, backups, monitoring and security are all handled by us. You get a single point of contact who knows your setup, and we look after the rest while you get on with your business.

Every plan covers managed cloud and the day-to-day work that keeps it healthy: your website and hosting, your domains and DNS, email setup, a security baseline and regular backups. You also get a pool of our team's time each month for changes, fixes and advice. Plans differ mainly by how much you run and how many businesses you need covered, so see Pricing for the full breakdown.

Real engineers who know your setup, not a call centre reading from a script. You get a single point of contact and a portal to raise and track requests. If something is genuinely down, we won't leave you stuck because a monthly hour counter hit zero.

We work with businesses across the EU and APAC, and you can pay in EUR, AUD or USD. Pick your currency at the top of the Pricing page. Pricing is localised for each region rather than a live exchange-rate conversion, and is shown excluding tax.

We start with a short chat to understand what you run today. Then we map it out, agree a plan, and handle the move for you as part of onboarding. There's no big-bang switchover and no scramble on your side. We line everything up, test it, and only cut over when it's ready.

Yes, and most of our customers do exactly that. Moving from another host, registrar or IT provider is part of what we handle during onboarding. Tell us what you're on now and we'll take care of the migration, so you're not left untangling it yourself.

No lock-in. Monthly plans are rolling and you can cancel anytime. Choosing annual simply saves you 20%. We'd rather earn your business each month than tie you down with paperwork.

Security is built into how we run your cloud. Every plan includes the essentials: endpoint and email protection, patching, access control and regular backups, so if something does go wrong, your data can be restored. When you need advanced protection and round-the-clock SOC monitoring, that's a managed add-on delivered by Strix, the security arm of the Little Group, so you get enterprise-grade protection without the enterprise price tag.

Always. Your domains, data and accounts are yours. We manage them on your behalf, but you keep ownership, and if you ever leave we'll help you take everything with you cleanly. You're never held hostage by your own technology.

Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade or move up to Enterprise as your needs change, and annual plans are pro-rated when you switch. As the partnership grows you can also lean on the wider Little Group for web, apps and AI work. Just talk to us.
